Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rogue Gamers platform ("the collective", "we", or "us"). By creating an account, posting content, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Rogue Gamers platform.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Rogue Gamers. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally capable of entering into these Terms under the laws of your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us of any unauthorized use immediately.

Members must conduct themselves with respect toward fellow operators. Harassment, hate speech, cheating, doxxing, or any conduct that harms the community is prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent removal from the collective.

You retain ownership of content you post to the Nexus (profiles, forum threads, and other submissions). By posting, you grant the collective a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the platform for community purposes.

You represent that you have the rights to any content you post and that it does not infringe on third-party rights. The collective reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or community standards.

You agree not to: use the Nexus for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt or compromise platform security; scrape or misuse member data; impersonate another person or member; promote commercial activity without authorization; or upload malware or harmful code.

Rogue Gamers is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Opinions expressed by members in forum posts or profiles are their own and do not represent the official position of Rogue Gamers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rogue Gamers and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Nexus.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Nexus at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Nexus or by direct notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
