Privacy Policy
Effective July 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Rogue Gamers ("we", "us", or "the collective") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Rogue Gamers platform. By using the Nexus, you consent to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you join the Rogue Gamers collective, submit a recruitment application, post in the forum, or contact our team. This may include your gamertag, display name, email address, platform details, and any content you choose to publish on your profile or in community spaces.
We also automatically collect certain technical data when you visit the Nexus, including your IP address, browser type, device information, and usage patterns. This data is used solely to keep the platform secure and to improve the community experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to operate and maintain the Rogue Gamers platform, manage memberships and recruitment, coordinate scheduled operations and events, moderate community spaces, and communicate with you about collective announcements, news, and opportunities.
We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who help us run the platform under strict confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard safeguards — encrypted storage, access controls, and regular reviews — to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of any data transmitted to or stored on the Nexus.
In the event of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected members promptly and take corrective action in line with applicable law.
4. Your Rights
You may access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our team through the Contact page. You may also opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
Members may edit their own profile information directly, and admins can assist with account-level changes upon request.
6. Children's Privacy
Rogue Gamers is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us and we will promptly delete it.
7. Contact Us
Questions about this policy or your personal data can be directed through the Contact page, or by reaching out to the community team within the Nexus.
